About us

Herb Alchemy Cleaning & Soap (“Herb Alchemy,” “we,” “us”) is a cleaning and handcrafted soap business based in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, such as property size, condition, and requested services.
• If the space differs significantly from the description, or additional work is requested on site, we will discuss any price change with you before proceeding.
• Prices may change over time. Recurring clients will be notified before any rate change takes effect.

Booking and appointments

• A booking is confirmed only once we confirm the date, time, and scope with you.
• Arrival times are given as a window. Traffic, weather, or prior appointments may occasionally cause delays; we will keep you informed.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, and service satisfaction are covered by our Cleaning Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Client responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including working utilities (water and electricity).
• Secure or put away valuables, cash, jewelry, and fragile or sentimental items.
• Let us know in advance about pets, allergies, sensitivities, security systems, or areas that should not be cleaned.
• Secure pets that may be aggressive or anxious around visitors.

Scope of service and safety

For the safety of our team, we may decline tasks involving biohazards (such as bodily fluids, mold remediation, or pest infestations), heavy lifting, moving large furniture, or working at heights beyond a standard step ladder. We may pause or end a service if conditions are unsafe or if our team is treated with disrespect or harassment.

Damage and breakage

We take great care in every space. If something is damaged as a direct result of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can review it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items that were improperly installed or secured, or damage caused by following your specific instructions.

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring and commercial clients may be invoiced.
• Unpaid balances may pause future bookings until resolved.

Non-solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire Herb Alchemy team members for private cleaning work outside of our business during service and for 12 months after their last service.

Soap products

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, so color, pattern, size, and scent may vary slightly from bar to bar and from photos. Please review the Soap Product & Ingredient Information before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Orders, shipping, and returns are covered by our Soap Shipping & Return Policy.

Website use

All text, images, logos, and designs on this website belong to Herb Alchemy and may not be copied or reused without permission. We work to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee that it is always complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herb Alchemy’s total liability for any claim related to our services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to services and orders from the date shown above.
